Cycling through the colour wheel

It has been almost a year since I stopped colouring my hair turquoise (and blue and pink... ) and I am finding it difficult to stay my natural brown. I've been umming-and-ahhing for a few weeks over colours and I am embarrassed to admit I still have not reached a decision.I've even tried looking back on old photos to help pick a hue...

Don't really remember having such shockingly-pink hair in 2011 but here is the evidence! I'm probably itching to go inside and turn on the TV because that day I bought so many seasons of The X-Files on dvd. It's also strange seeing just one tattoo on my arm!

Blue hair (with a bit of hot pink added to create a vivid purple). Also, I don't own these tapestries any more, but that's okay because my friends bought them off me before I moved to Tasmania and knowing that they have such cool owners makes me smile.

This was the last colour I had before I went back to brown. I am almost tempted to go green, or even 'dip-dye' the ends of my brown hair green like this girl. (Unfortunately I cannot find the photo source, eeek!)

These two girls are constantly inspiring me to get back into it and order new dyes, yet something holds me back... maybe the cost, the upkeep?

I love how vivid the pink is in Elycia's hair. Mixed in purple looks amazing but for some reason I feel as though purple just isn't my colour, as though my personality is not suited to the shade. Also, because I have written/read this sentence so many times, the word 'purple' looks totally foreign to me!

My favourite blogger of all time, Kaylah from The Dainty Squid, always has such fantastic hair colours, with this shade of blue as her go-to.

So the 'do I, don't I' battle with myself continues. I will update when a decision is made...
