Three Week Check-In

I've been at it for three weeks and one day now. I hadn't planned on running this morning, but it's mid-40s and supposed to snow off and on this week. I ended up running my longest distance and fastest pace. THAT'S motivation! I was a little worried about the five minutes of running for this week's plan, but I killed it.

Week One:
Day One: 1.94 miles (16:47 walk pace/13:58 run pace)
Day Two: 1.98 miles (16:11/12:55)
Day Three: 2.04 miles (15:33/12:42)

Week Two:
Day One: 2.01 miles (16:21/13:35)
Day Two: 1.95 miles (16:30/14:29)
Day Three: 2.00 miles (Phone died... no pace records.)

Week Three:
Day One: 1.50 miles (Again, dead phone, no pace.)
Day Two: 1.92 miles (15:33/12:51)
Day Three: 2.03 miles (Bet you can guess what happened... )

Week Four Day One: 2.32 miles!! (15:13/12:19)

With all of the success I've found even with the struggles and frustrations of snow, ice, and frigid temps, I'm looking forward to what the next three weeks of the program hold!
