Exercise: 45 min. Zumba class + 1 hr. Zumba class

Breakfast: Same (422) + DD Iced Coffee (38)
Snack 1: Luna Protein bar (190)
Lunch: Guacamole bowl w/ strawberries (510)
Snack 2: Honey Mustard Pretzels (140)
Dinner: 6 oz. snack mix (peanuts and chocolate) ??
3 oz. Goldfish S'mores (420)
** Total Calories: 1720... + snack mix
Exercise: 1 1/2 mile walk

Exercise: 45 min. Zumba

Snack 2: 2 egg whites & 1 sl. fat free cheese (70)
Dinner: 1 c. Curry Lentil & Brown Rice Casserole; 1 c. milk (350)

No exercise, rest for 10K tomorrow!
