LOWEST. WEIGHT. EVER!

I felt like I had a great week. I didn't log what I ate, I just ate what I knew I should. I had a day off from everything on Saturday, but didn't let that knock me on my butt. I also hit my first 20-mile week this week! (Thank you, warm weather!) I ran 5 miles on Thursday, 3 on Friday. I also learned last week that I run faster when I'm not on a treadmill!

This week, I'm back to logging because it is a crazy stressful week. I have a huge project due for grad school that I am going to be working endlessly on. I have plans to go out with my girlfriends on Saturday, I don't plan on getting too crazy.

Today is a snow day, but it doesn't look too bad out, so this afternoon I might go clean my car out and venture out to the gym. Otherwise, I'll be here working on some new Zumba choreo. :) I know I'm taking Friday off this week, so I at least want to get something in today.

Could the 160s be right around the corner?? :D
