Healthy Happiness -
So far, I have done pretty well with my eating. I have come to the conclusion that I intake too many carbs and not enough protein. The protein part stresses me out! I'm not a huge meat fan and don't like eggs. But I am trying to learn to like them and have ate them twice this week!
Monday I ran 3 miles. Tuesday I did yoga. On track with my workouts!
Mom Missions -
My mom goal this week was near and dear to my heart. My little one has been with me for quite a while and tonight he goes to see his dad. The good news is, I have used humor with him to diffuse some of the tension or other things that he has been feeling. And I think it actually works well for a 6 year old going through major changes.
