Sleepless nights & ealier bedtimes

This is SO not me this week:

My health goal this week was to be in bed by 11 pm. Well, that didn't happen last night. I only got 2.5 hours of sleep. And it's not going to happen tonight either. Bummer.

But my goal for the remainder of the week is now to go to bed by 10 pm.

I didn't run today but will still log my 20 miles this week.

I also need to get my eating back on track this week.
