Today is Friday and most people are thinking about the fact that they don't have to work for a couple of days. No one wants to actually "focus" on a Friday! :)
I, on the other hand, am gearing up for a whole weekend of work, since it is the end of the month. What that means for me is that some of my other goals for this week are going to be neglected as I need to finish up some projects.
But I still plan to put in at least 10 miles of running this weekend. And hopefully some social activities (to be distracted from the strain of other things that have gone on this month).
