Healthy Happiness goals

My health goals for this week included 2 different goals.

First, even though it is only 2 days into the week so far, I have kept to my marathon training schedule. Yeah! That is better than I have done for the past couple of weeks.

With regards to my bedtime goals, I completely blew it last night and was up working on some things that needed to be completed until 2 am. But tonight, it is 10:30 pm and I am on my way to bed after this post! I hope to continue to improve as the week goes on. So... goodnight, moon :)
