Healthy Happiness - 20 mile week

The picture to the left is of my "new" beach bike that I got in February for Valentine's Day (notice that it is pink?) One of my goals for this year is to practice riding at least once a week. I had not been on a bike since I was very young and would like to work my way up so that biking can be a part of my regular workout routine.

Now, onto my health goal this week. I will be running at least 20 miles. Today was a cross training day for me so I did some biking at the beach and light weights. But 4 days this week will include racking up the miles! And I will be logging my exercise.
