The Week Ahead: March 21-27

No frozen food this week. Scaryyyyy... I rely on frozen meals so much for lunch that grocery shopping was scary. However, I have two really yummy lunches planned to rotate this week. Here's the plan:

Monday, March 20, 2011
Breakfast: 1 sl. twelve grain toast with 1 T. peanut butter
banana
yogurt
tea w/ 2 T. skim milk
Snack: apple
Lunch: homemade burrito bowl (brown rice, black beans, romaine, jalepenos, black olives, & guacamole)
1 c. strawberries
Snack: 1 oz. cheese w/ 1 c. grapes
3:45 - 4:30 Zumba
Snack: Luna protein bar
6:00-7:00 Zumba
Dinner: 1 c. Doc's chili
1 c. skim milk
Total calories: 1551

Snack: 1 c. grapes
Lunch: Sandwich... bought from friend's fundraiser.. approx. 500?
Snack: Luna bar
3:45-4:45 Gym! 10K Training
Snack: 1 c. chocolate milk
Dinner: 1 c. Doc's chili
1 c. skim milk
Total calories: 1522-ish

Snack: protein bar
Lunch: turkey pita & banana
Snack: protein bar & chocolate milk

Gym! 10K Training
Breakfast 2: egg white omelette w/ slice of toast
Lunch: portabello pizzas
Snack: carrots & hummus with an apple
Dinner: chicken fajitas stirfry

I need something to boost either Wednesday or Thursday... hmm.. we shall see. ;)
