I need to express my love for the Precor EFX 556 that I love, love, love at my gym. I set it up last night for 60 minutes on the Cross Country 2 setting. As I'm getting off after the 5-minute cooldown, I realized that I had burnt just over 850 calories. In an hour! WOOHOO! At the highest resistances, it feels like I'm climbing straight up a hill, which is definitely something I need to help condition for the Megatransect.
