Sunday was good. The afternoon found us baking 'sausage' rolls with left-over mushroom risotto, fried spiced tofu, chilli, grated parsnip and a sprinkle of cheese rolled up in flaky pastry. See how much is in that bowl? Well, we kind of ate all but three in the first sitting. The rest were gobbled up at dinner time and breakfast time.
